TEST #4 - discussion panel Food culture in Serbia throughout history, held on 05.03.2022. in Belgrade Youth Center.

And this TESTIVAL was a place where culinary professionals, hedonists and scientists discussed the intangible cultural heritage of the Republic of Serbia.

Members of the TESTIVAL Council, prof. Dr. Slađana Šobajić, from the Faculty of Pharmacy in Belgrade, Dr. Biljana Đordjević, museum advisor of the National Museum in Belgrade, then, Dragana Popov, subject professor of culinary arts from the Hospitality School in Belgrade, Danijela Petrović, from Rujište, municipality of Ražanj i Katarina Kaja Petrović, discussed the topic: "Food culture in Serbia throughout history" with Uroš Bogdanović, hosting the panel.
