Tofu, peanut butter and banana - spread - by Cvijeta Mesić
- 1 package of tofu
- cups of peanut butter
- 2 banana
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
- Put all the ingredients in a blender to make a paste. Serve as a spread on wholemeal bread. It can also be eaten as fruit puree. If desired, add raisins, finely chopped walnuts or hazelnuts and thinly sliced banana pieces. Pleasant.
