Cake with raspberries.

Cake with raspberries, ingredients:

3 crusts are needed: for each crust

  • 7 egg whites,
  • 200 g of sugar,
  • 100 g of ground walnuts and
  • 2 tablespoons flour

For filling I or yellow filling:

  • 21 egg yolk,
  • 2 whole eggs,
  • 25 spoons of sugar,
  • 500 g of margarine and
  • 300 g of ground plasma.

For fill II or white fill:

  • 400 ml of sweet cream and
  • 2 small cups of sour cream i
  • 1 kg of raspberries.

Cake with raspberries, preparation:

For the crust:

  • Take 7 eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Beat the egg whites into stiff snow with a mixer, then add sugar and beat again until it becomes stiff snow.
  • Add ground walnuts and flour to the resulting snow and mix slowly with a blender.
  • Pour the obtained mass on baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Do the same with the other two crusts.

Fill I or yellow fill:

  • Mix the yolks and 2 eggs with sugar with a mixer and steam. Leave to cool, and in the meantime, beat the margarine until it becomes foamy. Mix egg yolk, plasma and margarine to get a yellow filling.

Fill II or white fill:

  • Pour the sweet cream into the bowl and beat with a mixer, then add the sour cream and mix.

 

  • The filling is done by placing yellow filling on the crust first, raspberries, white filling and so on on the second and third crust. On the side, spread the cake with white filling. The cake can be decorated as desired, and I decorated it with chocolate.
