Traditional recipe for peaches, ingredients for the dough:

  • 250 g of softened butter
  • 100 g of crystal sugar
  • 1 baking powder
  • 3 spoons of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of rum
  • 50 ml milk
  • 620 g of sharp flour

Traditional recipe for peaches, filling ingredients:

  • crumbs from hollowed out balls
  • 200 g of chopped walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons of peach jam
  • 3 tablespoon of rum

Traditional recipe for peaches, preparation:

  • Beat 250 g of softened butter with 100 g of granulated sugar. Add 1 baking powder, 3 spoons of sour cream, 1 spoon of rum, 50 ml of milk, mix everything well, then add 620 grams of strong flour at the end.
  • Knead the dough well and immediately make small balls from the dough.
  • Place them on parchment paper, far from each other, because they will rise a little, and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Hollow out the cooled balls, slowly and carefully.
