Traditional recipe for peaches, ingredients for the dough:
- 250 g of softened butter
- 100 g of crystal sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 3 spoons of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 50 ml milk
- 620 g of sharp flour
Traditional recipe for peaches, filling ingredients:
- crumbs from hollowed out balls
- 200 g of chopped walnuts
- 4 tablespoons of peach jam
- 3 tablespoon of rum
Traditional recipe for peaches, preparation:
- Beat 250 g of softened butter with 100 g of granulated sugar. Add 1 baking powder, 3 spoons of sour cream, 1 spoon of rum, 50 ml of milk, mix everything well, then add 620 grams of strong flour at the end.
- Knead the dough well and immediately make small balls from the dough.
- Place them on parchment paper, far from each other, because they will rise a little, and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Hollow out the cooled balls, slowly and carefully.
