  • 6 apple
  • 500 ml of water
  • 450 g of sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • g filling: 150 ground walnuts or biscuits
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of grated chocolate
  • 1,5 dl sweet sour cream
  1. Wash the apples, peel them, hollow out the middle and put them in cold water so they don't darken. Boil water with sugar and vanilla sugar, then add apples and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. In a suitable container, mix nuts or biscuits, powdered sugar, chocolate, 3 tablespoons of juice in which the apples were cooked, 3 tablespoons of whipped sweet cream and mix well.
  3. Fill the cooled apples with the filling and decorate with the remaining sweet cream.
