Soy dumplings with gazpacho sauce - interesting idea, great taste.
Soy nibbles, ingredients:
for meatballs:
- 200 g of soy flakes
- onion head
- 2-3 the price of garlic
- 400 ml of water
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- 1 baking powder
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 200 ml of carbonated water
for the sauce:
- 4 large tomatoes
- a large head of onion
- 1 turnip
- 1 paprika
- connection of persons
- a spoonful of sugar
- a spoonful of tabasco sauce

Soy nibbles, preparation:
- Soak the flakes in salted water and leave to stand for twenty minutes.
- During this time, prepare the sauce. Peel the tomato and cut it into pieces, and blanch the carrot and also cut it into pieces. Put all the listed ingredients for the sauce in a blender and mix. Season the sauce to taste.
- When the flakes have settled, drain them and mix them with chopped onion and garlic and other ingredients. Add water at the end if necessary. When everything is well mixed, form patties in the form of patties and fry them until they get a golden brown color.
