Bread stuffed with fish - Marija Mirković
Fish in a slightly different way
Text:
- 500 g of flour
- 200 ml of water
- 20 g of yeast
- a bit of salt
- a little sugar
File:
- 200 g of rice
- 500 g of catfish
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- spice
- beaver
- crushed pepper.
Coating:
- 1 egg
- Make a dough from the above ingredients and let it rise. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Cook rice and finely chopped carrots. Cut the catfish into cubes and fry it with chopped onions. Combine both fillings, mix in spices, pepper and paprika, then fry a few more times.
- At the beginning of the dough, spread the filling lengthwise, roll it up, brush with egg and bake for about 30 minutes. at 200 degrees.
