Vitamin chicory salad - full of vitamins and refreshing
- 100 g of chicory (grated)
- 100 g of celery (grated)
- 100 g carrots (grated)
- 100 g of green apples (cut into thin slices)
- parsley (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- oil (a few drops)
- Combine fruits, vegetables and parsley in a bowl. Before consumption, add vinegar, salt and oil, then mix all the ingredients. The salad should not sit for a long time before use.
- I would completely remove the oil in this salad, but I am usually criticized for that (because of the fat-soluble vitamins).
- I really, really liked the salad. It is very refreshing and delicious - although it is still a matter of taste ;).
