Fruit galettes - Zuzana Grnja

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 200 g of fat
  • 5 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 600 g of flour
  • 1 banana
  • grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  1. Freeze the lemon for easy grating. Mash the banana and set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Add sour cream, fat, grated lemon peel, mashed banana and use a mixer to make a fine smooth mass.
  3. Mix the flour with baking soda and mix it into the mixture with the eggs and mix everything well.
  4. Heat the mold for galettes, coat it with oil, pour 2-3 spoons of dough in the middle of the mold and bake at the highest temperature until the galettes turn a golden yellow color.
  5. Baked galettes can be coated with Eurocream on one side, if desired, and sprinkled with grated chocolate.
  6. Note: Coat the mold every time before pouring the dough so that the balls will not stick to the bottom.
