Fruit galettes - Zuzana Grnja
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl sour cream
- 300 g of sugar
- 200 g of fat
- 5 bag of vanilla sugar
- 600 g of flour
- 1 banana
- grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- Freeze the lemon for easy grating. Mash the banana and set aside.
- Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Add sour cream, fat, grated lemon peel, mashed banana and use a mixer to make a fine smooth mass.
- Mix the flour with baking soda and mix it into the mixture with the eggs and mix everything well.
- Heat the mold for galettes, coat it with oil, pour 2-3 spoons of dough in the middle of the mold and bake at the highest temperature until the galettes turn a golden yellow color.
- Baked galettes can be coated with Eurocream on one side, if desired, and sprinkled with grated chocolate.
- Note: Coat the mold every time before pouring the dough so that the balls will not stick to the bottom.
