Zdenka uštipci - delicious uštipci, enriched with zdenka cheese, perfect for breakfast, with a glass of yogurt.

  • 25 g of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 2 triangles of cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of fine cheese
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt
  • oil for frying.
  1. Dissolve the yeast in half a glass of hot water and add a teaspoon of sugar.
  2. Let it come.
  3. Add the rest of the dough ingredients to the pan, mix everything well and let it rise for about an hour and a half.
  4. After that time, form a finger-thick crust from the dough.
  5. Cut the desired shapes (triangles or squares), cover them with a cloth and leave for another 20-30 minutes.
  6. Heat the oil and fry them in deep oil.
  7. Remove to a paper towel to drain excess fat.
  8. Serve warm with yogurt or sour milk.
