Zdenka ushtipci - Sandra Stojiljković Cvetković
Zdenka uštipci - delicious uštipci, enriched with zdenka cheese, perfect for breakfast, with a glass of yogurt.
- 25 g of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 spoon of salt
- 300 g flour
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 triangles of cheese
- 2 tablespoons of fine cheese
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
- oil for frying.
- Dissolve the yeast in half a glass of hot water and add a teaspoon of sugar.
- Let it come.
- Add the rest of the dough ingredients to the pan, mix everything well and let it rise for about an hour and a half.
- After that time, form a finger-thick crust from the dough.
- Cut the desired shapes (triangles or squares), cover them with a cloth and leave for another 20-30 minutes.
- Heat the oil and fry them in deep oil.
- Remove to a paper towel to drain excess fat.
- Serve warm with yogurt or sour milk.
