- 4 egg whites,
- 50 g ground flax seeds,
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
Healthy bread, preparation:
- Beat the egg whites, add salt and ground flax, and mix and separate in a baking sheet with paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- The bread is healthy because it does not contain gluten, it is good for those who are sensitive.
I make a triangular cake (toblerone) from egg yolks.
