Vegetables from ceramic cups.

I got this giant spinach seed from my mom, it's growing in height, width, it sprouted between the concrete, the seed was left over from last year and the spinach sprouted by itself. It is huge, I told my husband that he must not pull it off me.

Zeljanica from ceramic cups, ingredients:

  • 3 eggs,
  • 1 cup of oil,
  • 300 g of cheese,
  • 2 dl sour cream,
  • 300 g of spinach,
  • salt to taste
  • 2 dl yogurt
  • enough flour so that the mixture is neither very thick nor thin, I put about 500 g.

Zeljanica from ceramic cups, preparation:

I made the mixture as for the greens, only this time I didn't bake it in a pan, but spread the mixture into 6 clay cups, lined the cups with baking paper, arranged them in the pan, poured 3/4 of the mixture into each cup and baked it like that. It would have been simpler if I had poured the mixture into a tercia, but this time I tried it like this. I put the cups in an unheated oven, turned it on at 250 degrees and baked for about 30 minutes. You bake until it is baked, if the mixture does not stick to a wooden stick, it is baked.
