Egg yolks and zucchini - a light, sweet porridge that babies enjoy. Add yolks 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and then whole.
Egg yolks and zucchini, ingredients:
- 1 egg (boiled)
- 1 piece of red potato (diced)
- 1 handful cauliflower (flowers only)
- 1 piece zucchini (diced)
Egg yolks and zucchini, preparation:
- Peel the zucchini and red potatoes and cut them into cubes.
- Put the egg in the water to boil and after 5 minutes of boiling, add the potatoes, zucchini and cauliflower. Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Separate the egg. Strain the vegetables and put them in a blender.
- Peel the egg and separate only the yolk, you eat the whites. Egg whites are introduced to babies only after one year.
- Add egg yolks to the blender along with the vegetables and blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Cool and serve to baby.
If you're in a hurry, it's always good to have ice cubes (apple and carrot diluted with water) in the freezer, which you can add to the porridge and cool it quickly.
