Baskets with ham and mozzarella.
- 100 g of spelled flour
- 40 g of buckwheat flour
- 0,5 teaspoons of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 dl of plain water
- 12 rounds of pressed sunka
- mozzarella
- oregano (to taste)
- Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add olive oil and water. Knead the dough. The mixture will be soft and sticky, so transfer it to the work surface. Finish the dough with flour to get soft noodles. Roll it out with a rolling pin and take out circles with a larger cup or glass.
- Coat a muffin tin with grease and insert the circles of dough into it. Put them empty in the oven so that they bake a little and the crust catches for about 8 minutes at 200 degrees.
- When the baskets have risen nicely, take them out and put slices of ham and mozzarella in them, sprinkle with oregano. If you wish, you can put a whole egg on top of the mozzarella in every other basket.
- Then return to the oven for another 5 minutes. Remove from the mold and serve.
