Biber tile or (beaver's tail).

Pepper tile actually has nothing to do with the spice of the same name – pepper! This tile was invented by a German, who, while looking for the ideal shape for a tile, discovered that the shape of a beaver's tail fits perfectly. In German, beaver is called der Bieber. And that's how the German word, which means beaver, actually became "our" pepper tile.

Biber tile is a drawn clay tile. Covering the roof with tiles is done by the so-called "crown covering" so that the final appearance of the roof resembles a fish scale.

Since we have pepper tiles in the yard, I decided to bake bread on pepper tiles, that is, beaver tail. I don't know how many houses this tile was removed from and replaced with a new modern one. If he could talk about every house he's been to, there would be books and books. He didn't just cover the roofs of the houses, he was also on the barns, pigsties, there was no where he wasn't. And I decided to use it for baking bread, so it is a natural material. First, I washed and dried the beaver's tail, i.e. the pepper tile well, then I sifted the flour and the mixing can begin.

In this case, the pepper tile is your racket, casserole...
