A well of scones, ingredients:
- 30 tablespoon of flour,
- 4 dl milk,
- 1 cup oil,
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast,
- 1 teaspoon of salt and
- 7 spring onions.
Bunar pocacha, preparation:
- Put flour, salt, dry yeast in a bowl, add oil and milk.
- Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands.
- Grease the pan - sprinkle with flour.
- Spread the dough and spread the spring onions all over the dough, fold the cake and put it in the pan.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix 4 tablespoons of cold water with 4 tablespoons of milk and coat the whole cake.
- Score the cake with the blunt side of the knife, i.e. make cuts.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, or until the cake is baked.
- Cut into pieces and arrange on a plate as shown in the picture.
