Bunar pogača - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

A well of scones, ingredients:

  • 30 tablespoon of flour,
  • 4 dl milk,
  • 1 cup oil,
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and
  • 7 spring onions.

Bunar pocacha, preparation:

  • Put flour, salt, dry yeast in a bowl, add oil and milk.
  • Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands.
  • Grease the pan - sprinkle with flour.
  • Spread the dough and spread the spring onions all over the dough, fold the cake and put it in the pan.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix 4 tablespoons of cold water with 4 tablespoons of milk and coat the whole cake.
  • Score the cake with the blunt side of the knife, i.e. make cuts.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, or until the cake is baked.
  • Cut into pieces and arrange on a plate as shown in the picture.
