Flower cake.
Flower cake, ingredients:
- 2 dl milk,
- 1,5 dl of water,
- 1 spoons of sugar,
- 2 spoons of sour milk,
- 3 tablespoons of oil,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- about 650 g of flour,
- 1 egg + 1 for coating.
Flower cake, preparation:
- Place half of the liquid, yeast, sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour in a bowl and leave for 10 minutes.
- Knead the dough from flour, salt, sour milk and raised yeast, egg and other liquids and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Knead the resulting dough and divide it into 2 parts.
- Roll out one part thinner with a rolling pin and cut out circles.
- Stack 4 circles on top of each other, press in the middle with the handle of a rolling pin and place in a 28 cm pan around and in the middle.
- Do the same with the other half of the dough.
- Also, move the rest, develop and take out circles.
- Leave to rise for 20 minutes.
- Brush with beaten egg yolk.
- Sprinkle flax in the middle of the flower and sesame seeds around it and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
