As part of the program "Cuisine of the World", which is implemented by the Grocka Cultural Center in cooperation with the Embassy of Sweden, on Saturday, December 20, the culture of Sweden will be presented, as well as the national dishes of this kingdom..

The same day, from 15:17 to XNUMX:XNUMX at Elementary School "Ilija Garašanin" in Grotska, the participants of the workshop will have the opportunity to, with the help of the chef Lars Ekberg learn how to prepare three Swedish national dishes themselves.

Swedes are known as great gourmets, and the basis of their culinary culture are specialties made from salmon, herring, game, forest fruits and mushrooms. In this country, great importance is attached to the quality of ingredients used to prepare meals, but also to a creative and innovative approach to cooking, design and the play of colors at the table.

The presentation of Swedish culture will begin at 18:XNUMX with a tasting of the food prepared at the workshop, and in the continuation of the socializing, in addition to the history of Sweden, attendees will be able to hear interesting stories about the Vikings and the well-known Pippi Longstocking girl. At the end of the program will follow Ana Ćurčin's concert, a singer-songwriter who is slowly conquering the domestic and European scenes with her guitar and song.
