Quick lunch for weight loss - Cabbage soup, ingredients:

  • 5 carrots, chopped
  • 3 heads of onion, chopped
  • 1 can of tomato paste, with liquid,
  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons, onion powder,
  • 400 g green beans,
  • 500 ml, tomato juice,
  • 2 green peppers, diced
  • 10 stalks of Mediterranean celery, cut into cubes,
  • water, or beef soup, to get drunk

Quick lunch for weight loss - Cabbage soup, preparation:

  • add all the chopped ingredients to a large pot (7 l) and cover with water or beef soup, to cover
  • cook on medium temperature for about 25-30 minutes
  • you can prepare the broth in this way and store it in the refrigerator for several days

This recipe is for 10-15 people, it is prepared very quickly, because it takes about 20 minutes to wash and chop the vegetables, and about 25-30 minutes for the heat treatment.
