I turned gibanica into drinks, we liked it and surely you will too.
Preparation 15 minutes
Baking for about 30 minutes
For 12 drinks
Gibanica drink, ingredients:
- 12 sheets of pie crust
- 250 g of granulated cheese
- 200 g of sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 50 ml of olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- chickpea flour to achieve a spreadable consistency
- 1 baking powder
Gibanica drink, preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Take one crust at a time, spread a spoonful of filling, fold the left side up to 2/3 of the crust and the right side over it to form a strip, spread a little filling and roll up.
- Repeat this for each crust.
- Arrange in a tray lined with baking paper.
- Spread them with the rest of the filling and bake at 200C for about 30 minutes, until they are golden brown.
