THE BEST GIBANICA OF SERBIA COMPETITION – Gibanica pitice – Snežana Knežević.

I turned gibanica into drinks, we liked it and surely you will too.

Preparation 15 minutes
Baking for about 30 minutes
For 12 drinks

Gibanica drink, ingredients:

  • 12 sheets of pie crust
  • 250 g of granulated cheese
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • sea ​​salt to taste
  • chickpea flour to achieve a spreadable consistency
  • 1 baking powder

Gibanica drink, preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Take one crust at a time, spread a spoonful of filling, fold the left side up to 2/3 of the crust and the right side over it to form a strip, spread a little filling and roll up.
  • Repeat this for each crust.
  • Arrange in a tray lined with baking paper.
  • Spread them with the rest of the filling and bake at 200C for about 30 minutes, until they are golden brown.
