Buns with garlic.
Buns with garlic, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 2 dl yogurt,
- 1 dl of water,
- 5 tablespoon of oil,
- 1 egg,
- a cube of fresh yeast,
- a teaspoon of sugar,
- a teaspoon of salt,
- yogurt for coating and
- for sprinkling black sesame and
- chopped garlic to taste.
Buns with garlic, preparation:
- Mix milk and water.
- Add a teaspoon of sugar and crushed yeast, an egg, mix gently and leave to rise.
- Pour the flour into a deep bowl, add salt, yogurt, oil, mix everything gently and finally add the yeast.
- Knead a firm dough that does not stick to your hands.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
- Knead the resulting dough and divide it into eight parts and make balls.
- Roll out each ball with a rolling pin to the size of a smaller plate.
- Arrange in a pan lined with parchment paper.
- Cut each bun with a sharp knife, spread it with yogurt and sprinkle with black sesame seeds and chopped garlic.
- Let them stand for about 10 minutes.
- Place in a heated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
