Cake with peaches.

Cake with peaches, ingredients:

  • 1 kg of peaches,
  • 16 pieces of petit thick biscuits,
  • 5 spoons of sugar,
  • 1 liter of milk,
  • 2 vanilla puddings,
  • 8 spoons of sugar,
  • 1 whipping cream.

Cake with peaches, preparation:

  • Peel the peaches, remove the stone and cut them into smaller pieces, then put them in a pot.
  • Add sugar and water to dissolve and cook them as for compote.
  • Take out the peaches and put them on the biscuit that is arranged on the tray so that the biscuit is covered with juice to soften it.
  • Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the bag and pour it hot over the peaches.
  • Leave the pudding to cool completely.
  • Whip the whipped cream according to the instructions on the bag and spread over the pudding.
  • Decorate the cake with peaches.
