Cake with peaches.
Cake with peaches, ingredients:
- 1 kg of peaches,
- 16 pieces of petit thick biscuits,
- 5 spoons of sugar,
- 1 liter of milk,
- 2 vanilla puddings,
- 8 spoons of sugar,
- 1 whipping cream.
Cake with peaches, preparation:
- Peel the peaches, remove the stone and cut them into smaller pieces, then put them in a pot.
- Add sugar and water to dissolve and cook them as for compote.
- Take out the peaches and put them on the biscuit that is arranged on the tray so that the biscuit is covered with juice to soften it.
- Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the bag and pour it hot over the peaches.
- Leave the pudding to cool completely.
- Whip the whipped cream according to the instructions on the bag and spread over the pudding.
- Decorate the cake with peaches.
