Nes vanilla - coffee-flavored vanilla.

- 5 spoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon nes coffee (2 in 1 powder)
- 150 g of margarine
- 200 g of flour
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 100 g of chocolate
- 50 ml of brewed nes coffee (2 in 1)
- 100 g of margarine
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- cocoa for sprinkling
- Use a mixer to beat the egg whites until stiff, add sugar and continue beating. Add 150 g of softened margarine and beat well. Pour flour, baking powder and a teaspoon of coffee, then knead the dough. The dough should be soft and not stick to your hands.
- Cut circles with a small round cutter, arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 15 minutes at 160 degrees.
- Beat egg yolks with sugar, add boiled and cooled Nes coffee and flour. Steam for a short time, then add margarine and chocolate. Mix with steam until a uniform and thick mixture is obtained. When it cools down, put it in the fridge to thicken. Fill vanilla beans with a decorating syringe and cover with another vanilla bean. Sprinkle with cocoa.
