Pumpkin chocolate cake - Slađana Šćekić

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 coffee cup of sugar
  • 1 coffee cup of oil
  • 1 coffee cup of yogurt
  • 3 coffee cups of flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • PHIL:
  • 700 g of pumpkin (grated on a coarse grater)
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 2 dl of water
  • 100 g of white chocolate
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 50 g margarine
  1. Crust: Beat eggs with sugar and add oil, yogurt and flour mixed with baking powder. Bake the crust at 200 C for about 20 minutes, then divide it in half.
  2. Mix the sugar and water (just so the sugar melts) and add the pumpkin. Stew everything together for about 10-15 minutes. Until the pumpkin is soft. Add margarine.
  3. Divide the filling in half. Add white chocolate to the first part, and dark chocolate to the second part. Mix well to combine the chocolates with the filling.
  4. FILLING: Crust-yellow filling with white chocolate-black filling with dark chocolate-crust.
  5. On low heat, melt 100 g of chocolate with 2 tablespoons of oil and pour over the cake.
