THE BEST GIBANICA CONTEST OF SERBIA - a real Serbian gibanica.
Real Serbian gibanica, ingredients:
- 500 g of finished crusts
- 500 g of small cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup of sour water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Real Serbian gibanica, preparation:
- Mix well the eggs, yogurt, water, oil and salt into a uniform mass.
- In a pan, round, which is previously greased, one crust is spread out and sprinkled evenly with a little cheese.
- Place the second crust on top of this one and sprinkle it again with a little cheese, then the third and so on until the crusts and cheese are used up. So, they all peel one over the other.
- Then the pieces are cut with a sharp knife.
- Cover the gibana well with the dressing.
- Bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
