THE BEST GIBANICA CONTEST OF SERBIA - Gibanica.
Gibanica, ingredients:
- 500 g thick pie crusts
- 500 g of full-fat cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup of sour water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 200 g of cream
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Gibanica, preparation:
- Mix well the eggs, yogurt, water, oil, salt into a uniform mass. Add shredded cheese and cream.
- In a round pan. which is previously lubricated. one by one the waxed crust is thinned out until all are used up.
- Then cover the gibana well with the dressing.
- Bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
