Gibanica, ingredients:
To coat:
- 5 haha,
- 200 g of sour cream,
- salt to taste
- 2 spoons of flour,
- 14 g of baking powder.
For the filling:
- 350 g of small cheese.
And more:
- 500 g of thin crusts,
- 150 ml of sour water,
- 50 ml of oil
Gibanica, preparation:
- Combine 4 eggs and flour with a fork.
- Then add sour cream, baking powder, salt and mix to combine all the ingredients.
- Combine 100 ml of acid water and oil separately.
- Put two crusts together, then coat the other with a mixture of sour water and oil and spread the cheese down one end.
- Roll it up, then coat it with a mixture of sour water and oil, roll it up and place it in the center of the pan that you have coated with oil.
- Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients and twist the prepared roll around the first one, making and twisting it in turn.
- Add 1 egg to the remaining egg mixture, mix and pour over the prepared gibanica.
- Then pour over 50 ml of sour water, wait for it to absorb well, then bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Remove the finished gibanica from the oven, let it cool down, take it out of the pan and serve.
TIP: Determine the amount of salt yourself depending on how salty the cheese is. Pleasant!
