Disney soup - when I saw a package of small pork meat (cheek and tail) in the butcher's shop, I immediately remembered the time when my children and I lived in the countryside and when my father-in-law and mother-in-law traditionally prepared "winter spells" and when everyone praised my Disney tomato corba.
Well, I cooked it and it's certainly better than the one in the village, but neither the children nor I ate it, and I'm ashamed to take it to the neighbors because I'm not sure if it's eaten in their area. Today, when I took it out of the fridge, it turned into a full-on cake. However, I took it to the neighbors and they were very happy. They said the taste was phenomenal. I know she's succeeded when she eats it, and her lips stick together, and that's the kind of taste that makes you sick.

- pork (tits, cheeks, tail)
- onion
- carrot (green)
- tomato juice
- rice (or tarana)
- so
- beaver
- spices
- water
- garlic
- I put small pieces in cold water and when it boils, I throw away the first water. It doesn't have to be done, but it smells too strong to me, so I always think that if I throw away the first boiled water, it will reduce the smell. Then I pour cold water again and put it to boil. As soon as it starts to boil, the foam rises, which I use a small brush to skim from above, but reduce the temperature so that the water does not become cloudy.
- When there is no more foam, I add tomato juice, and when it boils, I add onion, greens and turnips, all just cleaned. Adjust all quantities as you wish. Nothing is off limits.
- Add the spices, cover and let it boil slowly until the meat is well cooked.
- When the meat is ready, I take out the black onion, sorghum and green onion. I don't know why I do it, but I take it out and blend it in a blender, then put it back. Sometimes I add rice, and sometimes this pasta that I put in now. It cooks quickly and that's it.
