Homemade apricot juice.

Homemade apricot juice, ingredients:

  • 3 kg of apricots,
  • 900 g of sugar,
  • 3 l of water,
  • 3 bags of lemon juice.

Homemade apricot juice, preparation:

  • Wash the apricots, remove the pits and chop them into small pieces, then put them in a pot.
  • Add water, sugar, mix and cook for 5 minutes (just enough to boil).
  • Then add the lemon juice and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and collect the foam.
  • Pour the juice into sterilized glass bottles, close and "tuck" in a blanket, then leave to cool.

Tip: Store the juice in the refrigerator. It is very tasty. Real homemade juice.
