Scones.
Cake, ingredients:
- 30 tablespoon of flour,
- 4 dl sour milk,
- 1 cup of oil,
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 egg.
To coat:
- 4 spoons of milk
- 4 tablespoons of water
Cake, preparation:
- Put flour, salt, yeast in a bowl, add oil, egg and sour milk.
- Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands.
- Grease the pan, sprinkle with flour and put the melted cake in the pan.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix 4 tablespoons of cold water with 4 tablespoons of milk and coat the whole cake.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, or until the cake is baked.
