Homemade apricot juice.
Homemade apricot juice, ingredients:
- 3 kg of apricots,
- 900 g of sugar,
- 3 l of water,
- 3 bags of lemon juice.
Homemade apricot juice, preparation:
- Wash the apricots, remove the pits and chop them into small pieces, then put them in a pot.
- Add water, sugar, mix and cook for 5 minutes (just enough to boil).
- Then add the lemon juice and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and collect the foam.
- Pour the juice into sterilized glass bottles, close and "tuck" in a blanket, then leave to cool.
Tip: Store the juice in the refrigerator. It is very tasty. Real homemade juice.
