Fruit cake.
Fruit cake, ingredients:
- 4 pieces of eggs
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 1 cup of oil
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 glass of semolina
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 500 g apricots and raspberries (total)
Fruit cake, preparation:
- Mix flour, semolina and baking powder in a bowl.
- Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until white. Then, add oil, then alternately add yogurt and a mixture of flour and semolina.
- Mix everything well, then pour into a 30 cm x 33 cm baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Chop the apricots, then arrange the apricots and raspberries, alternately.
- Put the cake to bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- When it cools down, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar if you like.
Note: I used a 180 ml yogurt glass for the measurement.
Tip: fruit cake can be made with any seasonal fruit.
