Winter time is not so difficult for us yet because we sleep an hour longer. Here's what it does to human health moving the clock!

But, moving the hands again and daylight saving time, which this year starts on March 27, is stressful for our body, so it needs time to get used to the new rhythm of sleeping and waking up.

The hands moved on the night between Saturday and Sunday, from two to three o'clock.

According to some researches, the short hours we sleep are responsible for the feeling of lack of sleep, headaches, cardiac strain, and a higher number of traffic accidents, because concentration is weaker due to lack of sleep. Namely, the body has its own rhythm and is used to sleeping a certain number of hours, waking up at a certain time, etc. If it is disturbed, it experiences it as stress. It takes a few days to get used to the new rhythm.

The number of people who end up in the emergency room due to a heart attack increased by about 25 percent in the days after the clock was changed to summer time, and most of them are female patients, foreign experts concluded. Those who know they suffer from heart problems should be especially careful what they drink and eat on those days and reduce physical activity, i.e. avoid exertion.

Two years ago, Vladimir Putin decided that the hands would remain on winter time forever. He explained how changing the clock twice a year has a harmful effect on the biorhythms of people and cows.
