Kuglof with melon.
Kuglof with melon, ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 7 spoons of sugar,
- 1 spoon of vanilla sugar,
- 8 tablespoon of oil,
- 3 tablespoons of lukewarm water,
- 8 spoons of flour and
- two handfuls of melon, cut into cubes.
Kuglof with melon, preparation:
- Beat eggs and sugar, add vanillin sugar, oil, water, chopped melon cubes and finally flour. Combine everything well.
- Grease and lightly flour the kugloff mold.
- Pour the prepared mass.
- Turn on the oven at 180°C (do this when you start pouring the mass into the mold, by the time you finish pouring, the oven will heat up).
- Bake the kuglof for about 40 minutes.
- Test with a wooden stick whether the kuglof is baked, if the dough does not stick to the stick, it is baked.
- Leave in the mold to cool.
- Sprinkle the finished kugloff with powdered sugar if you like, and you can also serve it with ice cream. As you wish.
- Enjoy every bite.
