Kuglov scones.
Kuglov cake, ingredients:
- 400 g of flour,
- 1 dl of water,
- 1 dl milk,
- 0,5 dl of oil,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 50 g of softened margarine,
- 1/3 yeast,
- sesame,
- 1 egg.
Kuglov cake, preparation:
- Add sugar, yeast and a pinch of flour to the warm milk and let it ferment for 10 minutes.
- Pour the flour, oil, yeast and water into the mixing bowl and knead the smooth dough for 40 minutes. Divide the dough into 3 balls.
- Roll each ball into a rectangle, coat with margarine and stack one on top of the other. Roll out a rectangle with a rolling pin about 12 cm wide and as long as the circumference of the balls.
- Cut the rolled dough into strips 1 cm long on both sides, leaving 3-4 cm in the middle.
- Now fold the strips one over the other and, if necessary, lengthen them a little and fold them into a ball.
- Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
