Propecia, ingredients:
- about 500 g of your usual yeast bread dough
- salt to taste (which means: yeast, flour, water, salt and knead the dough)
- 100 g of melted, hot fat
- a little more flour for sprinkling
- 6 eggs
- 200 g of cheese
- 1/2 l of milk
Propeč, preparation:
- Divide the dough into 8 balls. Shape each one nicely by sprinkling it with baking soda, then spread it out to the size of the bottom of the plate. Pour a spoon or two of hot fat on the first noodle, so that it sizzles when it comes into contact with the dough. Sprinkle a little flour over the fat, then put another noodle on it.
- Arrange 4 noodles like this, do not spread the last one. Now roll out each one so that it is larger than the container in which you will bake it.
- The mold should certainly not be small, the pie should not grow and be thick, I recommend a pan of medium size.
- Place the first crust in a greased pan or baking tray, so that the ends stick out.
- For the filling, mix all the ingredients with a fork, without stirring too much. (eggs, cheese and milk).
- Pour half of that liquid mass on the crust.
- Place the second crust over the filling (the remaining 4 noodles, the same procedure as for the previous 4) which should be flattened to be the size of the pan in which you are baking.
- Pour the rest of the filling over that crust, and slide the ends of the first crust back onto the filling so that the middle remains uncovered.
- Pour the rest of the hot fat over the entire pie.
- Heat the oven to 250 degrees, put the pie in the hot oven, and bake for about 30 minutes, no more.
- Turn the baked pie straight out of the pan onto a cloth.
- As a rule, the cork is not cut, but broken.
