Mini pancakes with zucchini, ingredients:
- 1 zucchini,
- 2 eggs,
- so,
- pepper,
- oregano to taste
- 3 spoons of flour,
- oil.
Mini pancakes with zucchini, preparation:
- Grate the zucchini, add beaten eggs, salt, pepper, oregano and flour and mix well. Mass is rarer.
- Coat the pan with oil with a brush and pour one spoonful of the mixture, which is spread with a spoon and baked on both sides, until golden brown.
- I put 3 spoons in the pan.
- They can be filled as desired and bandaged.
- I filled it with cheese and tartar sauce.
