Moussaka.

  • 1 kg of cauliflower
  • 500 g of broccoli
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 spoons of flour
  • 5 dl of milk

  1. Wash cauliflower and broccoli well, then separate into florets and boil in salted water.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl, add flour and milk and mix everything together. In a deep frying pan with a little oil, fry the previously finely chopped onion. Add the meat and fry until it changes color, then add a little salt and a little pepper.
  3. Pour a little oil into the baking dish and pour half of the broccoli and half of the cauliflower. Then add the stewed meat and arrange the remaining cauliflower and broccoli.
  4. Cover with egg mixture and grated cheese, then bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
  5. PLEASANT!
