Belgrade, November 8, 2016 - Top Dutch chef Edgar Buhrs, with the support of a team of chefs from METRO Horeca Center, presented traditional Dutch and international specialties using the highest quality fresh veal. The culinary presentation, which was held in the Horeca Center, was organized in cooperation with the well-known Dutch company - EKRO, which is the largest producer of fresh and frozen veal in the world.
On this occasion, the representatives of the Dutch EKRO spoke about the company, capacities, production and success of the company, after which it was arranged Cooking demo, during which excellent chefs prepared gourmet dishes from the finest veal for all present.
