Belgrade, May 23, 2018 - A little later than in previous years, in the exceptional space of the Metro HoReCa Center, the best traditional recipes that were published during 2017 on the portal Recipes and Kuvar online (https://recepti-kuvar.rs) were announced ).
There was a big reason for the slight delay in the publication of the best recipes: the announcement of these recipes was part of the just-completed campaign to collect and publish traditional recipes, which ended with the publication of the book Traditional recipes of Serbian cuisine. The announcement and distribution of awards took place during the promotion of the book at the Metro HoReCa Center.
The 5 best traditional recipes, which had the most views according to the Google Analytics service, were singled out and rewarded.
The best traditional recipes of 2017:
1st place: Mačvanski lists - Ana Vuletić
2st place: gibanica - Jelena Nikolić
3st place: gibanica - Dijana Popović
4st place: quick scone with sour milk - Ljiljana Stanković
5st place: old-fashioned homemade bread - Kristina Gašpar
The authors of the best recipes received valuable gifts: the book Traditional recipes of domestic Serbian cuisine, which was awarded by the portal Recipes and Kuvar online, along with appropriate gifts, which were awarded Metro Cash & Carry Serbia.
