Pancerote - No one can resist them!
Pancerote - Ivana Pešić
- For the dough:
- 250 ml of lukewarm water
- 1 dl of lukewarm milk
- 1/2 dl of oil
- 20 g of fresh yeast
- 1 spoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 500 g flour
- For the filling:
- 1 sour cream
- 100 ml ketchup
- 250 g salami
- 250 g of cheese
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- Knead a fine dough from all the ingredients. Leave to rise, to double in volume.
- Then divide the dough into 8 balls. Roll out each ball with a rolling pin the size of a plate and 5 mm thick. Apply salami, cheese, kepka, sour cream and oregano to each half. Fold the dough and press with a fork to close the pancerota so that the filling does not leak out during frying. Let them rest for 15 minutes covered with a kitchen towel.
- Fry on heated oil, first on one side and then on the other side.
