  • For the dough:
  • 250 ml of lukewarm water
  • 1 dl of lukewarm milk
  • 1/2 dl of oil
  • 20 g of fresh yeast
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • For the filling:
  • 1 sour cream
  • 100 ml ketchup
  • 250 g salami
  • 250 g of cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  1. Knead a fine dough from all the ingredients. Leave to rise, to double in volume.
  2. Then divide the dough into 8 balls. Roll out each ball with a rolling pin the size of a plate and 5 mm thick. Apply salami, cheese, kepka, sour cream and oregano to each half. Fold the dough and press with a fork to close the pancerota so that the filling does not leak out during frying. Let them rest for 15 minutes covered with a kitchen towel.
  3. Fry on heated oil, first on one side and then on the other side.
