An ordinary scone, only seemingly ordinary but it is quite unusual, made, baked and decorated with pears.
Peter's friend brought me pears. I used to beat my son when he was very small: mom's pear. When he grew up, he used to say jokingly: I am my mother's pear. Eh, my Peter...
Cake, ingredients:
- half a cube of yeast,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 500 g of flour and
- lukewarm water.
Cake, preparation:
- Mix the yeast with a little lukewarm water, sugar and a little flour and let it rise.
- Pour flour, added yeast and salt into the pan.
- Add enough water to get a medium-thick dough, knead until it starts to separate and does not stick to your fingers, if necessary add more flour.
- Leave the dough to rise.
- Knead, form a cake, grease the pan and sprinkle with flour.
- Heat the oven, leave the scone in the pan to rise a little longer and bake until nicely browned.
