Mussels with cheese - Ivana Pešić
- 400 g of pasta
- 6 dl of milk
- 50 g butter
- 2 spoons of flour
- 250 g of cheese
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- dry herbal spice

- Boil the pasta in salted water, then drain the excess liquid. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Separately, melt the butter in a small saucepan, then add the flour and fry briefly. Gradually add milk while constantly stirring until it thickens. In the finished sauce
- add cheese, pasta and spices to taste. Knead slowly to obtain a uniform mixture. Oil a fireproof dish and pour the prepared mixture into it. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
