Sweet bread.

Sweet bread, ingredients:

  • 1 piece, dry yeast 10g
  • 2 cups of lukewarm water
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 pieces, vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 6 cup flour

Sweet bread, preparation:

  • Pour yeast into a bowl, add half a teaspoon of sugar, lukewarm water, a little flour and let it stand for five minutes.
  • Then add flour. sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
  • The dough should be sticky and start to pull away from the bowl.
  • Put the bag over the bowl and let it stand in a warm place for about half an hour.
  • Flour the work surface well and transfer the dough to it.
  • Rub your hands with flour, then knead the bread lightly by first moving one side, then the other and then the next two so that the flour that is under the dough is dragged.
  • Knead it and transfer it to a crucible, which you previously greased well and sprinkled with a little flour, or covered with baking paper.
  • Heat the oven to 200 degrees, and let the bread rest for ten minutes during that time.
  • Cut it from above with a knife, cover with a lid and bake at 200 degrees until the bread is baked.
  • Take it out of the oven and out of the pan, spray it with water and wrap it in a cloth.
