Triangular cake - Toblerone.

Triangular cake - toblerone, ingredients:

  • 4 egg yolks,
  • 8 spoons of sugar,
  • 150 g of chopped walnuts, raisins and jelly candies,
  • 200 g of margarine,
  • 100 g of ground biscuits,
  • 100 g of chocolate.

Triangular cake - Toblerone, preparation:

  • Beat egg yolks with sugar in a saucepan at medium temperature 3/6 for about 10 minutes.
  • Add margarine and beat for another 10 minutes, turn off the stove, add chocolate and stir until it melts, add chopped walnuts, raisins and jelly and mix.
  • Finally, add ground biscuits and mix well.
  • Put cling film in a triangular mold, pour the mixture, flatten and leave to cool.
  • Remove from the mold and cut as desired.
