Triangular cake - Toblerone.
Triangular cake - toblerone, ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks,
- 8 spoons of sugar,
- 150 g of chopped walnuts, raisins and jelly candies,
- 200 g of margarine,
- 100 g of ground biscuits,
- 100 g of chocolate.
Triangular cake - Toblerone, preparation:
- Beat egg yolks with sugar in a saucepan at medium temperature 3/6 for about 10 minutes.
- Add margarine and beat for another 10 minutes, turn off the stove, add chocolate and stir until it melts, add chopped walnuts, raisins and jelly and mix.
- Finally, add ground biscuits and mix well.
- Put cling film in a triangular mold, pour the mixture, flatten and leave to cool.
- Remove from the mold and cut as desired.
