Fruit cake - Tatjana Stojanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Fruit cake.

Fruit cake, ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 glass of semolina
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 500 g apricots and raspberries (total)

Fruit cake, preparation:

  • Mix flour, semolina and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until white. Then, add oil, then alternately add yogurt and a mixture of flour and semolina.
  • Mix everything well, then pour into a 30 cm x 33 cm baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Chop the apricots, then arrange the apricots and raspberries, alternately.
  • Put the cake to bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • When it cools down, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar if you like.

Note: I used a 180 ml yogurt glass for the measurement. 

Tip: fruit cake can be made with any seasonal fruit.
