Pie with grapes, ingredients:
- 500 g of thinner crusts,
- 100 ml of oil,
- 3 vanilla sugar,
- 200 g of sugar,
- 1 kg grapes (I got the black one as a gift, that's what I used).
Pie with grapes, preparation:
- Remove the grape seeds from the bunch, put them in a bowl and add vanilla sugar and sugar. Mix everything.
- Place one crust on the work surface and coat it with oil, then the other.
- At the end of the crust, arrange the grapes and roll them (don't put too many or too few grapes) and so on, until you use them all.
- Line the pan with baking paper, then arrange.
- I took a round pan, lined it with baking paper and arranged the filled crusts in a circle.
- Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees, until it is baked.
- You can sprinkle the baked and cooled pie with powdered sugar.
